Licensing Agreement

Paul Rezendes licenses editorial, advertising, corporate, commercial and electronic/digital rights to his images. All Paul's images featured on this website and on the AGPix website are available for licensing purchase. In addition to his digitized images, Paul has many more in his stock photo collection that can be made available for licensing. If you provide us with your photo needs/specifications, we will be happy to research and prepare a customized submission of images for your review, either film or digital scans via a viewing platform or emails with low-resolution jpegs attached. Use of any and all images requires a licensing agreement prior to use. Once you have provided us with information regarding the rights you wish to license, we will issue a licensing agreement detailing the specific rights and terms for your project or publication. Under no circumstances are any reproduction rights granted until terms and fees have been determined and a licensing agreement has been issued.

Fees for Use

Fees are required for use of any and all images and are determined by several factors, including the type of project or publication, the size at which the image will be appear, the placement of the image, the circulation or print run, the length of time the image will be used, whether you wish to license exclusive or non-exclusive rights, and the distribution or the territory where the project or publication will appear.

We accept checks or credit cards (via PayPal) as payment for image use. Paul and his staff will be happy to quote usage fees upon receipt of your specifications for photo usage.

Image delivery

Once you've made your selection, images for use can be delivered as transparencies or as high resolution digital scans. Since Paul begins with 4 x 5 inch and 6 x 7cm. color transparencies, digital scans are of the highest reproduction quality. Film submissions are sent via courier service. Depending upon the size of the submission and/or electronic files, digital submissions can be delivered on CD's, via the Internet as jpegs attached to emails, or via ftp sites. Paul and his staff will work with you to determine and coordinate the most suitable method of delivery for your needs.
